  • September 2002 - Present:University of Thessaly,Instructor (D.L. 407/80),Partial teaching of the courses "Digital Design ÉÉ" (with laboratory in VHDL) and "VLSI Systems Design" for the 3rd and 6th academic semesters of the Department of Computer and Communications Engineering.
  • September 2000 - January 2001:Hellenic Army(during military service)Computer Programmer - Analyst. Joined the Research and Informatics Corps of the Hellenic Army and served at the Office of the Chief of the HNDGS (Hellenic National Defense General Staff) for the most part, having earlier undertaken the networking (study, installation and administration) and computer support of the 88th Brigade headquarters in Lemnos island.
  • March 1996 - June 2000:NTUA Microelectronics and Electronic Sensors Laboratories,Research Associate,Involved in the writing of proposals and reports in the framework of both national and European research programmes, and participated as assistant in the teaching of certain courses in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of NTUA.
  • August 1998 - April 1999:NTUA - KNAUF(Programme PEP for the support of Small/Medium Enterprises), Applications Engineer, Worked on the enhancement of the existing data acquisition/processing and statistical quality control software package by incorporating intelligent data processing algorithms and multiple sensor support.
  • February 1998 - July 1998:NTUA - ELBISCO(Programme PAVE 1996), Applications Engineer, Worked on the development of a software package under MS Windows (programming in Visual C++) for the real-time data acquisition/processing and statistical quality control in an industrial production line.
  • July 1997 - March 1998:NTUA - AEPI (Hellenic Society for the Protection of Intellectual Property), Applications Engineer, Worked on the development of a smart and flexible safety tape prototype (along with the appropriate Smart Card-type EEPROM programming interface and software) for utilization in electronic labeling applications.
  • October 1996 - October 1997:NTUA - RETECO - INTRACOM - TREK Consulting(European programme ESPRIT-ÉÉÉ, "Technologies for Components and Subsystems", FUSE 0238), Applications Engineer, Worked on the design of a mixed digital/analog ASIC (which was fabricated at the IMEC research center in Belgium, in the 0.7ìm CMOS technology of Atmel Corp.) for the smart control of window-type air conditioners. Also, participated in the writing and submission of the proposal as well as in the project scheduling and monitoring operations.
  • March 1995 - May 1995:BYTE, Technical Assistant.
  • December 1994 - February 1995:NTUA - HAI (Hellenic Aerospace Industry), Applications Engineer, Worked on the design of active bandpass filters of military specifications and their implementation in hybrid technology.
